Irene is experienced in service design and delivery, the management of multi-disciplinary teams, organisational consultancy, and development and delivery of bespoke training to providers in the non-profit organisations.

Currently, Irene is the clinical lead at The Nest, a newly commissioned child, adolescent and adult mental health service in Southwark. Under her leadership The Nest has attracted additional funding to support mental health provisions within schools in Southwark.

 

She has valuable experiences of practices across diverse social and cultural groups. She has been instrumental in implementing a therapeutic programme for a non-profit organisation who work predominately with children and young people from Afro-Caribbean background at risk of school and social exclusion.
